Husnain Arshad is an Agriculture Advisor at Chaudhry Agri Farms Private Limited, combining a strong scientific background with proven field and advisory experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Lahore, with academic training spanning molecular biology, agricultural biotechnology, microbiology, environmental science, and biochemical engineering a foundation that shapes his practical, science-backed approach to farm advisory. Husnain's association with Chaudhry Farms began during his studies, when he completed an internship (June October 2021) gaining hands-on exposure to soil and crop analysis, pest and disease monitoring, and farmer guidance programs. Following his graduation in March 2023, he joined the team full time as an Agriculture Advisor, serving both on-site and remotely conducting farm visits, advising farmers on crop health, pest and weed control, fertilizer use, and soil improvement, while also providing remote consultancy support to ensure continuous guidance beyond the field. His work bridges laboratory science and real-world farm management, helping farmers improve productivity, reduce crop losses, and adopt sustainable agricultural practices.
Najaf Ali serves as the Senior Agronomist at Chaudhry Farms, where he plays a multidimensional role in driving agricultural innovation, research, and farm development. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Agriculture, he has been working alongside the Chaudhry Farms team since 2019. Najaf leads critical research and development projects focused on crop productivity, sustainable farming practices, soil health, and technology integration. His expertise in agronomy, field experimentation, data analysis, and crop management has been instrumental in enhancing farm performance and supporting the continuous modernization of Chaudhry Farms.
Azhar Masood began his professional journey with Chaudhry Farms as a Graduate Intern and progressed to become an Agronomic Advisor, carrying forward the farm's commitment to innovation and sustainable agriculture. He specializes in crop science, climate-smart farming, satellite imagery, crop modelling, and advanced agronomic practices to improve farm productivity and resilience. His expertise includes collecting and analyzing soil, crop, and environmental data to support evidence-based decision-making.
